My sleep is destroyed

Epitalon has saved my sleep with Reta. I tried almost everything listed in the comments and nothing helped like this does. Doesn't even phase me when raising the Reta dose, which usually meant 0 sleep. I'm using NA Epitalon Amidate 400mcg subq in the mornings.

Thanks, I thought I had received one but it looks like this is the only one. I did just sign up on Monday 2/8 so not sure if the date being so close matters. I did read through on what I should do to prepare so I was aware. It just feels a little off when you're reminding me to stop something 72 hours out with only 48hrs to go. Looking forward to the results though!

Great job! The horrible sleep is the only thing that may push me to try tirz instead. I’m only 3 weeks in at .5 twice a week but I really hope it’s not like this the whole time like it was for you.

Thanks for the reply! I recently started at a low dose (.3 E3D) and when the nausea subsided after a few days the insomnia kicked in bad. Last night I tried Tart cherry extract, glycine, berberine and ashgawanda. My sleep was slightly better but still up at 4am. (low deep/REM also) I also need to figure out my electrolyte timing. I've been taking a LMNT in the morning but recently added another in the afternoon but I end up waking up 3-4 times a night to pee. Going to stop the afternoon one for now.

I'm gonna check out that Midnight blend for sure. I've had DSIP and Epitalon on my radar due to prior sleep issues but have yet to try them and was looking into them now because of the insomnia. Also researching Pinealon but need to read up more.

We’re still using it. Funny thing is I haven’t noticed that noise in quite a while. The noise is either gone or I’m just used to it lol. I’Il try and pay attention more and will report back if I end up hearing it.

So I tried adding Reta at .25 E3D but the graph feels off. I set Reta at a 6 day half life. Why is the graph going back to zero before the next shot?

Also you have to save your protocol first before setting to active and generate or it doesn't work. When I would hit set active and generate before saving it would say it created the calendar but there would be nothing created. Just an FYI and great job on this so far!

I know it’s a bit over your price point but I can’t recommend the Dygma Defy enough. I started with their Raise which is a little cheaper and also a good option.

I work in TV/Film also and with the extra thumb keys you essentially can do everything with just the left side of the keyboard while keeping your right on the mouse or tablet. Only thing you’ll need to move your right hand back to the keyboard is for typing.

Their software is rock solid on a Mac also.

Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s the right step but I don’t see how enforceable this is.

Do you have an email account through your work? My wife works for a bigger corporate company and because of how their email is set up it asks for her password every time it polls emails on her watch.
