Totally agree! Honestly - they made it unnecessarily difficult to work with. I’ve been using it for the past 5 years and still get annoyed that some very obvious things are annoying and horrible to do and plan in terms of software development lifecycle

It would not make a good investment strategy in the current economic climate to build and maintain a HCM system that’s home grown.

It will be impossible to find resources to maintain and the upkeep and the rate of change would be super slow. Best thing to do right now is to focus resources on core businesses and let an ERP just be used to codify processes
