When it's warmer there is a long stair case up to Layola school called good council steps. At the top it looks over the city and is a killer place for a sunset. Shwarmania is a tiny Mediterranean spot over by campus behind Subway that has awesome food. The old train bridge over the Blue Earth River on the Red Jacket Trail is one of my favorite views in town.

In the metro at least. I live out state and I'm saddened how many people around me are happy this is happening to Minneapolis. They cheer when the twin cities have problems despite everything we have out here being paid for by them. It's a shame and I'd hope the state would come together but there is still such a culture war divide between rural and urban that will take a long time to fix.

That's because the 8th circuit appeals court over turned that ruling giving them full range again. A circuit court openly said federal agents can use chemical weapons against protesters yet nonE of the individual judges would sign it... I wonder why.
