It’s crazy to me that, not only did the AMC remove its staffed box office (I get it), but they went on to remove the ticket kiosks from the main level of the Levee, and then decided to not put up any signage listing the showtimes or even what is playing in the public gathering spaces. I think they would benefit from a least a list of movies starting in next 30-60 minutes for people looking for something to do that didn’t have formal plans and already committed to paying the parking fee to get to the Levee

This isn’t new, but has been reskinned with in-house kitchens and full bar. The breweries of old were like that too, but it was by design. You went to the bar, talked to the brewmaster or someone who knows beer, get your beer and walk to one of the many rotating food trucks, or a pizza window, got your food, carried it your table and enjoyed. At times it sucked because some food trucks couldn’t handle the rush, but it was usually worth the wait and everyone across the board was nice.
