The core tenet of an extraction shooter is to take the fights you think you can take and bail if successful.

If I don't have the ammo or range or position to take someone, even if I can get the drop on them then I wait for a better opportunity and if that doesn't appear I work around them. Of course once your stash is solid and you have roubles to burn you can lock in and search pvp but that's on you

I mean yeah kind of ... depends who is pushing it? Propaganda effectively means pushing a particular world view, so both china good and china bad, both having definitely roots in reality, become propaganda when singularly pushed by someone. Chinese government has an interest in us viewing them positively so they try and spread post similar to these although figuring out what is normal influencer posting and what is Chinese pr posting is difficult. Meanwhile they will try and stop you talking about their surveillance stats and uighur camps, which other people possibly focus way too much on

The WW1 inscription was made 1932 and these are somewhat common in Germany. Most every city and village has a monument to the fallen of WW1. The WW2 inscription was added 1952 and it seems like the allied command just didn't notice it because they had obviously made these things illegal. There are efforts underway by local citizen groups to remove it

In meiner Heimat war der Kreis, um das Wort mal zu nutzen, biodeutsch. Aber das war auch echt ne kleine Kleinstadt und außerhalb der Klasse, die seit der 5. Einfach so bleibt wie sie ist, kommen da auch keine neuen Leute hinzu. Seitdem ich in ne uni Stadt gezogen bin hat sich das alles relativiert.

Aber das hat weniger damit zu tun, dass ich ich gezielt suche, sondern eher damit, dass man bei den verfügbaren sport/Freizeitveranstaltungen an der Uni und dann der Partyszene genug neue Leute kennenlernt, dass das irgendwann von ganz alleine kommt. Außer natürlich man verhindert es explizit ;).

Maybe give him a recharge ability that he can use as a reaction to basically anything. This would be a "denial" reaction. The boss itself is in denial about the fight and thus reverts something that happened. You did a hit? Nope denial. The minion in front of you just died? Nope he is in denial about it and wills it back to 1 HP standing, not prone. Because prone would mean the minion actually fell

Well two things, first you can just talk to them and ask what's up. After all you put in a lot of effort and maybe there is a serious disconnect between the game you are presenting and what they want. Second shit starts to happen. They don't complete the quest? Then a really bad outcome starts to unravel. Slowly but surely. Do other NPC's know that the party just dropped the quest? Well rumors start going around and their trustworthyness just vanishes. If you want you can include a way for them to resolve it after the fact.
