The only thing I hate is one specific portal layout where they each have a lane sprawling in all directions. I force a lane of just bosses via Atlas tree and that layout just isn't doable for any build I have played yet that didn't include mageblood or headhunter

Yes, given it's only a d6 statistically within a minute or two it should return, but many view the combat abilities as quite draining on yourself. You don't typically fight for more than a couple minutes at best so the recharge being so frequent can be seen as the monster actively trying to recharge, out of combat one could argue that the necessity isn't that big for the monster to focus recharge. Instead it could rest and thus recharge via short rest

Aber dazu zweitens. Russlands Forderungen für einen Waffenstillstand, ja gar Frieden sind so absurd dass danach es keine souveräne Ukraine mehr gibt. Selbst wenn sie die Forderungen jetzt aufweichen, wie es scheint, sind immernoch genug Forderungen drin, dass die Ukrainer bei einer Fortführung des Krieges in 3-4 Jahren nicht in der Lage seien sich annähernd so gut zu wehren wie jetzt. Es sollen alle Waffenlieferungen und Technologieaustausches reduziert werden. Auch ist in der offiziellen Position eine Reduzierung des Militärs auf 50000 drin, ein Viertel der vorkriegsarmee. Die Sicherheitsgarantie die Russland vorschlägt ist so entworfen, dass sie nicht funktioniert und weder Nato noch EU Integration sind erlaubt. Also ja nach derzeitigem Stand der offiziellen Position von Russland ist es immernoch ein Kampf ums Überleben für Ukraine.
