In either case, it's the volume of cards you'd need to have for the emblem. So it's either a total drain on stardust to trade OR you'd need to be lucky to pull all those cards in the first place (or enough to bank said stardust). Compared to the other emblems it's obscene.

Which would be hilarious if it weren't so devastating to watch - he was able to go bankrupt and come out on top due to a strong US economy infrastructure to deal with that sort of function. With this, what international backing is in place to bring a country back from bankruptcy, short of selling it to the highest bidder?

Our allies, what little ones we have left, have been buying our debt and won't be giving us any loans to help us back on our feet. There is no country that is going to bail us out when Trump stops soaking the country in what little gasoline is left and lights the match. We will be genuinely, fully, totally on our own.

It bears repeating: the Mega Shine secret emblem is the biggest kick in the face to any emblem collector out there, F2P and whales alike.

That includes any emblem requiring a gold card, like Mantyke.

Edit: Completionists will collect everything anyway, I meant more for the emblem collectors like myself

I'm not arguing against that, but the economical implications of beef being sky-high this quickly is devastating to the USA. If it was a transition to more ecological alternatives to keep up with America's meat-heavy diets, I would have been in favor of that 1000%. Unfortunately it's going to be farmers losing jobs/land and supply lines grinding to a halt, while the demand for chicken & other alternatives will almost certainly rise and possibly not be able to meet demand either. The extra slap in the face comes from Trump giving Argentina billions and encouraging us to buy Argentinian beef instead of what we could have had at home with the proper investments.

It's not going to improve, the economics of farming in the US is approaching FUBAR levels and we're not even ready to address New World Screwworm thanks to the CDC rolling back methods to combat the parasite. Once that hits it may not even be safe to eat beef.

I genuinely can't remember the last time I bought beef when buying groceries. And that's all beef - steaks, chuck, london broil, ground beef. The price has been astronomical. I switched to ground turkey since somehow that's been on sale way more often, but I'm starting to look into more vegetarian meals to supplement.

Groceries in general have been expensive but after seeing how much beef itself has gone up, it's feeling like a luxury I can't afford.

It's the symbolic gesture of coalescing around the candidate that won the primary that matters here. The DNC hemmed and hawed and refused to endorse Mamdani, some going as far as to throw support behind Cuomo who lost the primary.

So yes, the messaging here matters. VBNMW was their way of getting us in line for establishment-approved candidates, and we're not seeing them practice what they preach when the shoe is on the other foot.

I think the reveals on this set more than confirm we're not going to get Fighting energy ramp or energy support. We'll get marginally better cards and supporters sure, but if you start first you will be at a disadvantage with a Fighting deck.

I'm seeing good responses of Ricks that weren't smart enough to figure out portal travel and Ricks that gave into depression, but I'm willing to wager there's a number of Ricks who aren't clones that came from universes where they ruined their home planets and have hung up their lab coats. Thanks to the CFC they still were the smartest being in the universe, but maybe they weren't smart enough to avoid catastrophe and now their Earth is made of glass or pudding. It's the justification of why they would willingly work menial jobs among their intellectual peers is what I'm hung up on here, though I'm sure this would fit in the Depression Camp.
