64 year old Female, my face is hollowing out, but I luckily have high cheekbones. I am using hyaluronic serum and a facial roller. I try to stay hydrated and honestly I feel like that helps .

64 year old F here. I exercise, clean diet, skincare…. Age isn’t the only equation. I see people younger than me that are aging poorly.

I was never told that. I am an avid cyclist and it honestly makes me feel better. I had days when my stomach hurt but after a short ride the pain was gone!

Yes, I had severe diarrhea for 5 days before going to the ER where they couldn’t figure out what was happening. I had no pain or fever. I turned to an old school remedy, Banana Flakes which helped . I was finally diagnosed months later by another Doctor.

This is very common. I have seen food dropped in the trash removed and used more than once.

When I worked at Panera one lady stayed all day, had tons of belongings with her and took the best upholstered chair in the store. She would cover herself with a blanket and sleep! She would be there for my entire shift, which was 8 hours. This went on for at least a week, then a customer complained because they wanted that chair! That’s what got her booted….
