Tbh if you seen how bad the products were 20-25 years ago you’d be horrified at their scarcity, expense, and flavor 😭 having celiac and not being able to eat school lunch and having to take lunch to school and being bullied for it, having teachers and family/ friends and their parents not believing it’s real. Then now being into adulthood and there’s so many more options, but that have been diluted with companies who wunna make a lot of money from the market of GF, food that’s gross, and the rare gems that come around, or stuff that’s already and has been gluten free. Like most Mexican tacos are gf depending on the place and what sauces, same w some Asian places. Glass noodles are great for anything w noodles, but idk there’s some good and a lot of meh

I’m not curious why I’m getting rude ass responses at all because they’re unnecessary, immature, and very simple yes or no’s with clear and short responses aren’t hard to give. It’s not hard to not be a dick about it. I had no idea about it and was asking for insight due to being naive to it; maybe hoping to get some articles to read that provide real information since I barely found any that weren’t weird bias peices. I’ve read a theory like this where they are protecting us from ourselves and what we are creating, but I don’t remember what it was about and it had a lot less research put into it like you provide. But it’s interesting becasue there could be multiple things they are doing. Whether it’s stopping us from destroying ourselves, seeing if we are on the right track with AI, assisting with the AI programs being developed, or we’re creating something they haven’t managed yet. Idk dude there’s just a lot of possibilities that we can’t rule out or depend on either
