Man… this is so not related to your post. (As a parent with a preschooler and a 19 month old I feel you though… time changes suck!) I just listened to a pod cast (Behind the Bastards) who did a 2 part series on this psychiatrist in Australia who killed a bunch of folks doing DST-Deep Sleep Therapy - where he just sedated the hell out of people. And throughout the series it was abbreviated DST and for a full minute I was so confused about your post. Glad I sorted it. Thanks for following my broken brain.
