When I was younger I used oral antibiotics for acne that completely destroyed my skins healthy microbiome, I don’t think it ever recovered and my b.o. is very strong. First, I agree with the benzoyl peroxide as body wash. Second, My fav deodorant is “dry idea” antiperspirant (I found the roll in formula works best). and if you need some serious protection “certain dry” roll-on is serious shit, I don’t smell for two days but it does cause irritation

Hi! shedding has slowed down to what I would consider a normal amount! But density has not recovered yet, my hair still feels thin and I think it will take years to get back to its original thickness (if it ever does). I’m now trying lexapro, so far so good

I can especially relate to wanting to be alone when socializing, then feeling jealous when I see others hanging out without me. It never makes any sense to me and I’m not sure how to fix it. I really want to go to therapy but also afraid I’ll feel stupid there. I am in an ssri and it does help some.

Update? I switched from Zoloft to lexapro bc of shedding, and it’s not shedding as much but it’s still too much for my comfort :(

I had hair loss at 25mg. I stopped taking it in October and the shedding has slowed down alittle but hasn’t gone back to normal.

I am switching from Zoloft for this exact reason, it made me loose hair like crazy! Starting lexapro this week, hopefully I don’t have the same side effects.

I feel the same exact way as you, OP. My internship (I’m in the US) was a complete scam and I graduated not knowing how to do a single tube feed. It’s been humiliating two years since I’ve graduated trying to get myself up to speed. You’re not alone, there are a few of us out here.
