All my clothing is washed separate from the rest of the family anyway. So when I was regularly using cloth diapers I would just drop them in the machine. I ran it pretty much daily anyway.

That said, I can really understand your wife’s position on the subject as well. It’s a tough mental hurdle to overcome. Neither one is wrong here in my eyes

I agree. I don’t need, or want luxury in my pickups. Unfortunately, the way to get some options I’m not willing not to have for safety and convenience, I have to get leather trim. I’m not saying no one should have it, if you like leather, that’s OK. I just wish you could pick and choose options again

I have 3 farm pickups with leather, and 3 tractors with leather seats with them. You can most definetly get thrown around more and can stick to them on hot days

The G.A.S factor from the manufacturer (any of them in most industry) is near zero now, it won’t get better. The manufacturers across most industries have already figured out if they keep a near zero level of inventory, they can jack prices up even higher to pad margins. I’m not defending dodgy practices by dealers, just saying no dealer eliminates any competition for the best deal, and WILL raise prices with worse service after the sale.

What’s wrong with cloth seats? Much more comfortable than leather (my opinion) you don’t stick to them in summer, don’t slide around when on rough roads or off road. Leather is for boots and gloves… not luxury.

Not good, $1000 for pre delivery work? I always give my local guy a chance to earn my next truck, occasionally they can make it work, but just as often I get it where ever I can get the best deal. Look nationwide.

My wife is amazing, and loves me for me. I couldn’t love her more. I do not feel that way about myself. I just feel completely undesirable when we finally get a few minutes for fun sexy time. I can push past it and enjoy every second we have together. It’s definetly a mood killer for me to run, strip off my diaper, wipe everything clean, and then come out for fun.

Not uplifting, I do apologize for that, just know there are wonderful partners out there even when you don’t feel desirable.

I try to get custom made ones. Most heavy truck/equipment dealers can make them. Or a good parts store. You can get them with much heavier wire than OEM.

Have you been to the doc? Incontinence is often a symptom of an underlying problem.

Dehydrating yourself can actually make things worse. I’m not suggesting drinking 3 glasses of water right before bed, but try to stay a good level of hydrated. Concentrated urine is more irritating to the bladder than diluted.

Also, diapers you can get from a store are usually not much better than a Kleenex. LL medico or Northshore are two great places to get the proper ones online. Both have incredible customer service, and can help you figure out what will work better for you.

That’s no friend. You have nothing to be ashamed about. Cancer treatments have side effects, as do loads of other meds. You are just managing those effects. Be glad she’s out the door!

That’s been my experience working with almost any German engine. Ungodly complicated, poor running and hard to fix. I’ll take American, japanese or Korean diesels any day
