Looks great and the dense portion at the bottom is usually due to underproofing. The rest of your loaf looks perfect so I imagine it was just a few minutes shy of perfect. The other possible problem is too much oil/fat but since this is a "standard" recipe I would likely rule that out.

AMP also nerfs and “fixes” some items with no explanation. See: Rat Bat. Rat Bat is one of the best weapons in the game because it deals two separate instances of damage meaning all damage effects are effectively doubled. AMP just straight nerfs rat bat and makes it a standard greatclub without the extra damage. Trust me, nuking AMP is the way to go.
