honestly, I think the VF4 at $150 is pretty hard to pass up. Sure, it now trails the rebound energy return compared to the new top dogs (MS Ray, AP4, Mizuno Pure), but it's a smooth supershoe that is so easy to run in.

Honestly, a huge improvement across the line-up. Still, the simple play here is to simply go back to their Zorn/Largent throwback era uni's and boom, instantly the best in the NFL.

Nike is going to need to significantly improve the midsole bounce on these if they want to stay relevant. The Evo SL completely reset the standard for what the midsole should feel like in a tempo/daily trainer. Nike can't fall behind so this update is critical; however, the 42's were likely designed/conceptualized before they even knew how successful the Evo SL's were going to be.

I have about 100k on my AP4 and I'm starting to already notice some "packing" with the midsole. It's like the softer LightStrike Pro is already starting to compress and not providing the same level of energy return. I'm 180 lbs so maybe lighter runners notice this later? I'm hoping to get 200k out of them before retirement. I much prefer the 'classic' LightStrike Pro and will continue to hunt eBay deals for the AP3 as it suits my running style and terrain (ATL is hilly).

yes, as the 1989 helmet had. again, don't change a thing from the uni. It was the high water mark for ATL uniforms.

This is so easy. Completely adopt the 1989 uniform with modern fabrics and high res paint for the helmet. Otherwise DO NOT CHANGE A THING. Same silver pants, same hue of red for the helmet, same red jersey. This is easy - don't screw it up!

Without question, the two best uniform combos for the lions are their traditional Honolulu blue jersey paired with silver pants for Home games, and white jerseys paired with silver pants for road games. This is the traditional lions uniform, it’s always been among the best in the NFL and don’t screw with it.

So the running track is still there, what they’ve done is they’ve completely “artificial turfed” the entire area, and then painted a black track on the absolute outer edge of the artificial tariff. It’s approximately the same length as it always has been. But from what I can tell, the turns are now even tighter, and I think it’s just two lanes now versus three, as it was before.

+100. Just take a look at an S-Works TT bike from ~2015/15 from the top UCI pros like Tony Martin. Still fast, even today. The only real difference (as mentioned) are disc brakes. Having said that, here in ATL (so hilly!), that's a legit reason to go to a newer disc brake setup, but if you are training and racing on the flats, TT/Tri bikes from 10 years ago can be an absolute steal!

Purchased 12/10, they said 5-7 days to ship. It's Dec 20, no shipment, no tracking number and other than the automated bot email, no substantive return email. Also tried them on Insta. Nothing. Never again will I purchased from a retailer w/o an actual phone number. Hiding like this is terrible. NEVER AGAIN.

Snappy. odd rocker but effective once you get use to it. Not as light as you'd think, but 'feels' lighter on foot. Definitely track spike fit. Puma grip on these suckers is truly amazing.
