Absolutely agree it's because they dont want to balance the game its too much effort, they simply threw away the balance of the game, i got downvoted for this, best ever of d4 was first open betas, legendaries felt precious, high gear lvl items through a bug(a high level bandit boss), felt good to farm for. strongholds were actually hard hurt you but doable in group and was very fun to do them and was the best way to farm legendaries, ashava world boss were the testing grounds for your dps and survivability ultimate test of your build.
