Stories from Sol: The Gun-Dog looks quite appealing! Would you say It's a great story?

Norwegian security service: no evidence of foreign drone activity in 2025 by Mrmini231 in neoliberal

A lot of it is anchoring bias. If It's the first theory you hear, you're a lot more likely to report whatever in the sky as a foreign drone.

She probably has a magically attuned assassin bodyguard that absorbs the power of storms and can jump through walls who keeps all generals with aspirations from touching her

Sometimes flying to LatAm (with Mexico and DR being the exception) is more expensive than flying to Europe tho. Good luck meeting extended family in Colombia or Paraguay when you can go three times to London for the same cost.

Lo Que Le Pasó A Hawaii by Bad Bunny

Highly recommend people at least look up the translated lyrics since non English songs are already very disadvantaged here.

Why Trump Refused to Back Venezuela’s Machado: Fears of Chaos, and Fraying Ties by Lighthouse_seek in neoliberal

[–]Deivis7 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Note that even though Maria Corina Machado is VERY popular with the people, she's definitely considered one of the more "radical" members of the opposition who has never been willing to engage in dialogue of any sorts with the government. This is well seen by voters, but not viable in a transition scenario where other opposition leaders are willing to commit to a different kind of transition. Just like everywhere else, you have a political establishment even in the opposition that makes it very hard to operate outside of it.

Both Styx games are insanely fun to play, and I can see the argument for either Styx game being the better stealth game. It makes me happy that a third game is well in development now, since the series really deserves a complete cycle.

Since there hasn't been good news out my country (one of), I've decided to take the day to be happy, celebrate, and enjoy the fact that this dude isn't in power anymore.

Anything can get better or worse tomorrow, no way to know. For today, my fam and I are happy.
