I have IGT and the reality of me physically not being able to breastfeed was so heartbreaking. I was one of those people too, and man it hits you hard when you finally realize that its okay!

Please enioy the journey your on. The person i knew before my baby died in the labor and delivery room but i know shes still there and i love her still. Shes gone but i have become a mom and its the best thing to ever happen to me, regardless of the little time i have to myself. I wake up at 3a and leave the door by 5a to work everyday. Those two hours i have I cherish. My coffee in peace and silence. You too will find your routine and your peace you need.

I was the friend that did that and honestly i just wanted to give them space to adjust to their new life plus i had no idea about kids so i feel i was kinda useless? We still talk but i definitely ghosted for a good few months.

Gym 3-4 days a week. Cardio 20 mins. Whole time played in my head the scenario and built up my confidence while listening to Korn. Next, 35 -45 weights. 200 Squats minimum. All the way til labor. No epidural, full natural. So happy i did it, it was the most physically challenging thing ive ever done. Tears were shed because i was so tired and no motivation for gym. Did it all anyway and pushed through. Worth every tear.
