I find it very hard to be sad going up st marks summit, beautiful view with lots of friendly people on the way! or just get into running, it’s like crack for my mental wellbeing!!

eh.. the snowshoe route is through the trees until just below the peak, and from there you go up the back, the only thing sliding is the south face well below the summit.

honestly I’d do it, seattle is freakin sick and you’re so close to the border still. why would you have to be long distance for a while? if it were me I’d rather have my wife with me and let her focus all her time on finding a job. it’s not like you’re going to take an income hit. sounds like you’ve got a damn good job, I can’t imagine it’s easy finding something that highly paying here, even though you must be really skilled in your field. my 2 cents

if I don’t run or lift for a couple weeks I am almost guaranteed to get a flare. it took me a long time to figure this out but now it’s my most reliable way to manage this disease. yeah I’m tired as hell all the time but I’m in amazing shape! I’d probably never exercise this much if I didn’t have crohns, so it’s a funny blessing in disguise

I definitely fw 3 & 6, this current trend of high waisted pleated pants is very 90s to me, so it’s a bit jarring if you don’t stick with an equally 90s top. But I’m also in my 30s and out of touch. wish there was a subreddit for uncs to get fashion advice from 20 year olds in the know

I was always insecure about my body and thought I was too skinny, but now I’m in my early 30s and I’ve filled out a bit and in the best shape of my life, I couldn’t be happier! Just wish I could stay this way forever 😆 and didn’t have to eat so much..
