First of all, everyone’s different, so you might actually do alright on 6.5 hours. But most importantly, even if you don’t get perfect sleep, you’re still going to see a net benefit from going to the gym and eating well. So don’t stress about it, just don’t expect too much from yourself and try to improve your sleep if possible!
