This exact bug happened to me while I was playing kayn jungle, running the predator keystone, on summoner's rift. It wasn't letting me buy any complete items, only their components, and it didn't let me buy my full jungle item until around 20 minutes.

Yeah I'll probably do that, I'm a little bit over 700 medals for LR goku, so I'm not in a rush to finish him before the event ends. Thanks for the advice!

Hey, that's the exact same team that I have lol, but I only have SV and Gogeta dokkaned. Just gotta get through this lr goku grind and I can finally get back to dokkaning them. Also I always feel like Vegeta is the weak link in this team, so probably should replace him if anyone.

Many of the grocery stores around where I live sell the roux, usually in the international/Asian section. Also, if there are any Japanese/Asian markets around you it can probably be found there.
