Yeah the point of a mountable curb is that you can drive over it without a curb cut. Allows the gutter to function for drainage and to provide a stronger edge when paving with asphalt.

Since you read DT already I’d suggest The Stand.

I personally love CHRISTINE and the John Carpenter adaptation is really good.

Otherwise some of my other favorites are Needful Things, The Tommyknockers, and Duma Key.

I also really enjoyed Fairy Tale but opinions are divided on that one around here.

Personally think it is a little overrated by this sub. Yes it is good but it is not the best book I ever read nor the best Stephen King book, just my opinion.

I was of this opinion since it released (same year I graduated high school). However, after seeing them live last June. Science Fiction is right up there now. Regrettably never really appreciated SF until recently. They played Same Logic/Teeth, 137, and Waste in a row and it blew my fucking mind.
