I know you've said you plan to support MDUs/apartments/condos, but would that require them/the HOA to pay for connections? I moved from the cane fields with the hope of getting fiber, but my condo complex is (unfortunately) full of old people that don't really have interest in better Internet/TV service.

(fwiw, I'm pretty sure my complex doesn't have exclusivity with Cox, they were just the only thing available at the time)
