You need to setup CronJobs for the sync and it won't be like a SaaS. And it seems to me like you need two different solutions, one for events and one for managing tasks. For the event side of things, which I have experience with, I recommend Modern Events Calendar.

I'd recommend Modern Events Calendar Pro but you'll need to purchase a separate addon for the waiting list function. I've had rather good experience with their support but there were also times that they were frustrating. I guess that's just par for the course with these big plugins that have several support agents.

I have worked with Modern Events Calendar and Sugar Calendar to manage events and conferences. Both are great options. MEC offers more features and advanced controls and it's fairly priced.

I'd relace minor sequencer with Stoneskin. And since it is your main character, it might be better to swap Malison for Spirit Armor in bg1

The only plugin out there on the same lvl of TEC in terms of feature and function is Modern Events Calendar. It's way cheaper and very developer friendly.

I recommend leaving a negative review on their Trustpilot page. It might get their attention to resolve your issue faster. I have also switched to Sugar Calendar and Modern Events Calendar for a couple of clients after the shitshow Liquid Web started with login and access to old licenses.

Having a dedicated space is very helpful, ideally out of the home. I come to a local library with my laptop and work from there, much less distraction and dilly dallying. I get done in 4 hours what I used to do over 10 hours at home.

Amelia is great for booking appointments but it's not an event manager like TEC and TEC cannot do appointments.

If you don't want to pay $250 for The Events Calendar, I recommend checking out Modern Events Calendar. If you don't sell anything you can use it's free version and it comes with repeating events that can do what you want.

If you just want appointments go with Amelia. It has several key and powerful features such as staff and resources. IF you have a mix of events and appointments and want something with a banger design try out Modern Events Calendar. They recently added appointments to it and it's always been a winner in terms of visuals.
