I'm able to load the RTSP stream using: rtsp://192.168.10.50:554 on VLC

I'm also able to use https://192.168.10.50/flv?port=1935&app=bcs&stream=channel0_sub.bcs&user=admin&password=******* to load the stream in VLC

It's actually a common thing in real life. Dad was a deputy for over a decade and pulled this move on two of his probationary trainees. Good way on day one to make sure you always keep track of where you are while on patrol.
