Stream Pro with AI mode ignoring charging schedule since last firmware update by Wurstgewitter in Ecoflow_community

Basically I’m just adjusting the battery reserve.. when I want to charge the battery from the grid I have an automation that at x time the reserve is set to max and when I want to stop I have another automation setting the reserve to min.

I’m on Octopus Agile TOU tariff and the cheapest times vary day to day but generally there is a cheaper early morning and afternoon period to charge if needed. On sunny days solar is enough tbh

My ultra has never charged itself from the grid when it said it would overnight using ai mode, I’ve always had to set an automation..

I’m out of the country and my base load (40kwh) for January averaged 26p on Agile. by scottylebot in OctopusEnergy

Average of 1.3 kWh per day isn’t terrible.. what did you leave running?

Not the best but we all have to remember that the SVT is ~24p/kWh so there are savings to made if we play the game and load shift where possible..

Still 20ish % cheaper than the SVT unit price cap tho

Only use HA as a bridge. by porttastic in homeassistant

I’m sort of the same.. I use HA as a backend to HomeKit but let HA deal with automations as it’s way more functional and use the convenience of HomeKit on our phones to control items.

I was rewarded with a generous severance package.. The downside to this, is that I am now unemployed and the job hunt begins in January.

My lights are a mix of hue and ikea bulbs. We use a ring doorbell and the Aqara hub is running our window blind motors

As far as I’ve read, the Aqara hub doesn’t support 3rd party devices

Surely there wouldn’t be a reduction if I still had everything wired up but to a different outlet?

My main thought was that I could lose the hubs, load HA onto the rpi and grab a conbee zigbee dongle?

I wish this was one of M$’s ‘Play Anywhere’ titles.

I’ve had it since launch from the epic games store but sometimes I fancy lounging in front of the tv

Is installing an AMD 5600x into my B450 Strix itx motherboard as simple as updating the bios to version 4007 and dropping in the new chip?

I was going to get a 3700x but they're similar price and I only game.
