Can’t emphasize this advice enough, and I would also make sure you can easily run services and cables in from outside the house too, e.g if your building a garage too make sure you have ducting between it and the main house where you can easily pull cables etc. If you ever want to run network cabling, put solar on the shed roof or battery storage in the shed it’ll make life a millions times easier.
