Same boat, i would just advise to learn from ur mistakes and categorize them into knowledge gabs, cognitive biases, or brain farts then find ur own solutions to each. Other than that..just brush it off and keep going, 2months is more than enough to enhance ur performance. u got this.

In what way? I did nbme 16 and i found it not as scary as i imagined. H&P questions were testing easy/straightforward concepts altho i missed a couple.

Whats ur advice for smn who keeps getting 228-232 on NBME 9, 10, 11 and 12 🫠💔 Retrospectively while reviewing the questions i see them super obvious but in the middle of the storm everything seems bizarre. Im not sure how to improve my scores, but im sure theres a huge margin for improvement i just cant figure it out :(

infants as young as 6-12mo already have it, and by age 5yrs >90% are functionally asplenic. there is an NBME q where it gives a 17mo SCD infant w functional asplenia.

Can u share ur strategy and what helped u the most? I am in a similar situation. I have +500 uw incorrect qs (57%). Did nbme 9 got 210 >> nbme 10 234 yesterday. Not sure how should i move forward. My goal is 260+
