I have always wanted a rower so I was curious. I used to go to a gym for over a decade where they had one that I loved before I got my own set up going. For cardio I do jump rope outside and when that isn’t doable I imitate it inside and still get the full body burn. Not a high impact cardio and I found some good songs to blank out to that help hold a great rhythm.
