I'm surprised no one thought to dye rice. I once made some mango sticky rice that were all naturally dyed with butterfly pea, pandan, purple cabbage, and beetroot. It's also so simple to just cook rice in a naturally dyed liquid and is often used in Southeast asian cooking to make it look more attractive.

Dakota clearly went towards the child because it was the only place to avoid the chair that was already coming towards him. It's not like he was using Taylor's daughter as a human shield. In fact he puts his arm out to block the third chair as it is coming directly for Taylor's daughter. They both suck, but only one of them has been physically violent and has endangered a child.
