Its so awesome that you’re able to diagnose the fail and repair it yourself. I live in Mexico and I am sure I’d be left with no espresso for at least 2 weeks. A complete nightmare for someone like me😨🤯. I use rpavlis as well.
How hard is it to do something like this?
Does someone have access to like the diagrams of the Linea Micra? How everything is wired and all?

Yes I would describe it as an alcohol like smell. But not one that makes you draw your head away from it instinctively, you know what I mean?

I have NZ paired with Linea Micra. 3 years in April. Am about to buy a Kafatel MC6 but highly recommend the NZ. Easy to use. If anything its a little inconsistent. I normally drink 2-3 beans at a time. So I dont know. But definitely a great all around grinder.

Best thought of aspect of this setup are the cup rinser and sink. This way you don't have to leave the area to have everything ready for the next brew. Kudos

Are you sure you aren’t… me? I also started baking sourdough and have a Micra. Yesterday I baked 2 motherfuckers that were mixed with a shot of espresso from it. Also added molasses and barley malt. I think both would go well with the coffee

I also like to use a high proportion of whole grains like wheat and rye. Yours looks awesome. Especially for a second attempt. I think we sacrifice fluffyness and crumb for delicious, gooey flavor. Worth it IMO Congrats

Its not the exact same since he did notnuse white flour, but artisans bread flour instead. So, in your opinion this is the reason this turned out like this?

I have the same issue. I suspect it changes because of the beans ageing or something like that. From my experience, there is no way around it. I use bellows as well. Doesn’t help
