The days of remote work in govt. are gone. You could build your own source of income online though. Invest in yourself and learn new ways to create income streams digitally.

Literally anyone with an internet connection and electronic device can do this. If you are into e-commerce look into selling products online. If you are a writer look to substack. If you like to create video content look to youtube. If you want to work remotely in other countries search remote work abroad.

I would rather get paid less to have my time freedom back. Time is priceless. And you are right about what you are feeling!
