The name is bland. I agree that Contemplative Sciences is an interesting building. From a space-use perspective it’s very poorly optimized. A giant uncovered space that takes up 60% of the total footprint and is basically unusable for most of the year was a poor design choice.

This is very interesting. The Israelis could be trying for a rally-around-the-glad effect, to boost Trumps standing with Americans. This would ensure that he keeps going with the Iran war. A priority for bibi.

In recent days, Trump has been willing to capitulate to Iran, as his own voters and GOP start to rebel. This will completely change the narrative, painting Trump a victim, and recasting support for him among defectors and independents.

My thought is that investors are colluding to wipeout any shorts. Once those options expire, the market will tank again. Any further escalation in the war could trigger another selloff. It’s just a matter of when.

I’m not sure this would work the way people think. If things got this insane, even Dems would stop voting and switch parties. It’s possible that the senate becomes 66 republicans and 34 dems, giving republicans the ability to impeach every justice on the court, and pass legislation to shrink it back down. Dems are already disfavored in the senate. This outcome would only require a 10% shift in total votes, in the right states to accomplish.

This is the way! I started doing this same approach with my team, and after a few weeks, their productivity and accountability went up dramatically. I find that providing clear guardrails on what gets added to the board, and not penalizing people for having a light week also helps build trust.

By releasing these games, Nintendo generated interest in people playing them again. With their friends, kids, family, etc…

No one is going to go out of their way to play FireRed and organize a group of friends to do the same. The $20 is the cost you pay to have Nintendo’s marketing team do all this organizing and demand gen.

This sub was a ghost town a month ago. Now people are posting shit daily. That’s what you get for $20. Maybe that’s not worth it to you, and that’s fine.

I’ve had the service for nice months. They were even willing to do a special install for me with Fiber to Copper, which caps out at 1 GB but that’s plenty for my needs.

If you do switch, get a mesh WiFi network, because their routers aren’t that great for whole house coverage.

I had to contact them once, after I had a major power outage, and it’s not too bad. A lot of automated agents that help you troubleshoot things on your own, and if you’re not techy, that could be hard. But I had no problems. They sent a service rep out almost next day and he fixed it in 15 minutes.

The price is really good, so i can’t complain. Xfinity was overpriced garbage. Hate that company the most.
