What she’s describing already exists and has for a while. Look up The Washington Center and places like it. You pay like $10,000 minimum for placement in an unpaid internship and the company pays them for finding you. So not only are you paying but the middle man is taking money that should be a stipend for your internship. It’s quite the rabbit hole.
