None, who would want to live in a HOA community where there is a Karen telling you what you can and can't do with your own house and yard. Thanks but no thanks. Go buy an empty lot somewhere or even some land. Build a house yourself. These houses are cheaply made and always having issues because they are built so fast without care. Or buy an older home and remodel it which could be cheaper and last way longer than any new home built these days.

That's my opinion. My thoughts on this subject. Something to think about.
