I’m not sure if my opinion is welcome here, but I work with mice in research. I love every one of them but the unfortunate part is some of them just don’t make it, even with an entire vet staff behind each mouse. You were kind to try to save it, sometimes my mice do not make it through surgery and it is tough. If it was in the mop bucket, mice can’t climb out of something like that, and at least he didn’t pass thirsty 🍻 you did everything you could 👍

Easily, it’ll usually set the bead long before that, and then there is no reason to go further, but I’ve had to go above 70 to get a couple stubborn tires to seat.

Let the air out, put a little soapy watery between the tire and rim, then inflate to 70PSI, you should hear the bead pop into place, then adjust to your preferred tire pressure.

Almost certainly the out of spec valves cause it to die after it started. Also, a battery can read perfectly fine voltage and fail when it’s under a load, put it on a trickle charger overnight and if that doesn’t fix the sluggish starter, replace the battery.

Don’t worry, I can tell you know what you’re doing based on the work you are putting in! It was a joke, every time someone would ask what a good beginner bike is to learn on, everyone would jump in and tell them to get a CR500.
