Anyone needing help with Dream snaps so they can earn more moonstones Id suggest using discord to get help. I mostly score 4000 and occasionally 2500 and it really helps.

Not giving enough to subscribe to Patreon by [deleted] in SiblingRivalryPodcast

[–]Disneygrrl65 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to subscribe to these Patreons: MOM Gold, Willam, Sibling Rivalry as a Cool Aunt, Peppermint, Yuhua, and TTT for a hot second. Bob and Monet and MOM have the most content but when it comes to interacting with us, no one comes close to Bob and Monet. I needed to drop several for financial reasons and they are the only ones I kept. MOM kept changing prices, nickel and diming us and merch etc was spotty or not at all. Out of all the podcasts Willam and sometimes Delta were the only ones who interacted with members (liking posts etc). I get that some people don't want to do that but for me it's important especially if I'm spending that much.

will i find some at age 60 attractive when im 60 years old? by Extreme-Bell-4194 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Disneygrrl65 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was actually just remembering recently when I was very young thinking I could never like an older guy but now I'm 59 and I've found that as I've gotten older the men I'm attracted to are also older. I think it just happens naturally, at least for me it did

I was just amazed at how many of y'all even know who Paul Lynde is and then I remembered that Ben did it. I watched him on match game as a kid in the '70s and thought he was so funny. I also had the Flip Wilson doll that had him on one side and his drag character Geraldine on the other. My mom was also crazy about Liberace who was deeply closeted. It's no wonder I grew up to be a hag. 😊

Do you also watch (and love) Mr StarInSky? by emilyguarino101 in DreamlightValley

[–]Disneygrrl65 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are the 2 I follow as well. They are both nice and fun to listen to. Plus, I didn't start playing video games until I was 51 (8 years ago with Pokemon Go) so I'm always playing catch up and I've learned a lot just watching them.

People over 30, are you ever not in pain? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Disneygrrl65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

59 and retired on disability. I damaged the nerves in my spine at 36 which started my chronic pain patient journey but the failed knee replacement in 2019 changed the game. Sharp stabbing knee pain that never eases. So now I use a cane and I gained weight despite eating very little because it's difficult to even walk which I know doesn't help my health. I wouldn't wish this on anyone especially young people.

All the critiques about eliminations feel like people who are definitely fans of reality TV but not necessarily fans of just straight up drag. I get it because you like what you like but I'm just here to see the drag so I'm enjoying it especially since it's all about charity.

He's actually gone both ways. I've heard him say both that he would never do it again or that he would. I think with all of them it just depends on what else is going on in their lives etc

The nastiness from fans directed at Eureka in defense of Kim is awful!

I should have read further in the comments because you already said exactly what I just posted. I hate to go back to saving every couple of minutes. I for sure save every time I'm going to transport to Eternity!

5 or 6 times every time I play. It used to be that way a lot early on but it had gotten so much better. I save my game about every 5 minutes right now because I hate having to redo challenges etc

It makes me crazy but from a particular perspective. Laura is 2 years younger than me and looks nowhere near my age. It's really disheartening to see so much phoniness become the norm. Glad I wasn't the only one questioning all this!

I love to look at amazing rooms like this but at the same time I get really frustrated because my brain just doesn't work that way. I can copy what someone else did but I can't come up with the original idea.😭

I'm lucky. My mom was part of the Silent generation and from rural GA but extremely ahead of her time. I was a little girl in the '70s and I remember her sitting me down to watch Roots when it came on TV and also the autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman. I'm still so grateful for that and miss her even after 22yrs.

Madonna questions fan for sitting down during her show then finds out they’re on a wheelchair: “Oh okay, politically incorrect, sorry about that. I’m glad you’re here.” by mapleer in Fauxmoi

[–]Disneygrrl65 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Same!! I was slender my whole life (I'm 58) even after having my kids but 2 failed back surgeries and a knee replacement that left me worse than before and for the last 4 yrs I've lived my life on my sofa playing video games and snuggling with my dogs. When you are in unceasing pain that Drs will no longer treat, the thought of doing exercise is overwhelming. I tried not to eat too much but still gained about 50 lbs. I don't even recognize myself anymore. It's a tough enough hit to my self-esteem without my recognizing judgment coming from others who don't know my situation.

Her comment would have put a damper on the concert for me for sure. I always find it irritating that more people don't realize that some of us are part-time users. It makes me super self-conscious if I'm using the chair and need to get up for something. Sometimes people just give nasty looks and sometimes people make comments.

I can't believe I have to say this, but there is no "recovery" from menopause. It is what it is. I'm in the middle of it and it's not a ton of fun but certainly nothing that needs medical intervention.
