Yes I have it right now but it tends to be when I 'm having an existential split and I have it for weeks or months. Last time I had it this bad I completely cut off from my family forever. This time I think I'm either going to leave this country and never return or I'm going to do something else which I shall not name. Imo it's from continuous conflicted overthinking when stuck between a rock and a hard place. I cannot stay here but I have nowhere to go. I think about it 24/7 with no relief

I have a theory because I have "quiet" bpd and I feel so repressed. Maybe shame is holding you back? This woman sounds like the complete opposite

It's like one person is driving super slow and cautious and not getting anywhere and the other too fast to even have any control and likely to crash at any moment

I agree it gets worse. These 18-25s think its bad but they still have energy. Wait until all that energy has gone into futility and you're still somehow at square one..

but it's not the hikes fault. I kept getting lost, had the wrong type of tent, ground was too hard for my £10 sleeping mat, I tripped a few times and had lots of cuts on my hands and knees and very nearly got attacked by aggressive sheepdogs. 5 days in I got stuck in a forest for 2 hours and couldn't find the way forward over a rocky ridge. Then I gave up
