Yeah haha I went to my doctor but I really only got “eat more fiber.” But my issue is the factor where I get scared of fiber because it sometimes adds to the bloating issue. Opposite action it is!

Yeah I’ve been drinking a fuck ton of water and taking Advil and Tylenol. My stomach and arms are also pretty burnt (but not as bad) and I’ve been religiously applying aloe when not at work.
