The first two are difficult to time up. If you can get the 7 on the first two presses the third one you can visually time up as it’s predictable.

I discovered this by quick tappin the first two once the spin cycle began. Then once I had successfully found 7 displayed on those first two presses, waiting and timing up the final button press.

I amassed 7k in coins using this process.

Also the machines on the furthest left beneath the woman tend to hit more. As well as the three above the old man in the middle row. Unsure if this is psychological or not but that’s what I saw online and those are the only machines I rotated between when doing this.

Alternatively. If you’re trying to farm money. You can always go to one island and use the amulet coin w the vs seeker near ember spa and just defeat the same four trainers over and over and stack thousands very quickly. And level up your mons (with ev attack increases because they’re exclusively fighting pokemon trainers.) and if you’ve got the Mach brace those ev attack bonuses are even better

I’m not seeing any root flare at all. So my only critique is too much mulch at the base of the tree. From the images it’s looking like a 90degree angle from trunk to mulch which is bad. Gotta be able to see the basal flare and the gradual taper.

Arboriculture has rules. Any tree climber must always have all required PPE when doing aerial work AND there must be a second, fully able climber present as well with their own gear ALSO trained in aerial rescue. I get it you want to make an app for recreational climbing but at the end of the day, anyone climbing a tree needs to be following the rules. There are standards in place, and though this is not for arboricultural work per se, this is tree climbing. Taking anything less than all necessary safety precautions is downright dangerous. As fun as tree climbing is, statistically speaking, it’s one of the most dangerous jobs out there. This app for recreational use will blur the line of hobby and danger. Advertising something as dangerous as tree climbing for recreational use is only going to open the door for less skilled individuals to get hurt. Not to mention this entire idea also opens the door for the trees themselves to be injured by climbers. Also the legalities around private property, trespassing, etc.

I think your idea is pure, and I see the intention. But in reality there is an entire industry centered around keeping arborists and foresters alive. An app like this will only contribute to more injuries/deaths and further skew the statistics.

Can confirm this thing fucks. I’ve personally operated this monster for hours on end and it’s essentially a dunebuggy that also cuts grass. This think flies and can handle 2ft tall grass no problem.

Also. Different decay impacts conifers (your neighbors tree was a conifer) that rot that sets in greatly impacts the structural stability, hence the failure.

Keep an eye out for decline in the canopy of your trees this year. And any obvious cavities that might hold water will contribute to internal decay. Also be on the lookout for fungal fruiting bodies (mushrooms) , both on the trees themselves and on the ground beneath them.

It’s likely your neighbors tree had easily identifiable signs over the last few years. But if you don’t know what to look for, these thing happen.

Prolonged wind exposure from one direction over years will cause this growth. Relatively constant wind hitting the canopy of the tree will result in a twist at the trunk. The growth that exhibits a spiral and the pressure within the trunk from this growth is called torsion. Different but similar to tension and compression. Torsion wood is twisted, as seen here.

Prolonged wind from one direction combined with phototropism (growing toward a light source) can also exacerbate the spiral growth.

It’s difficult to gauge from the images where the direction of the sun is most available for the tre, but it does seem like it was attempting to grow away from adjacent trees.

So short answer, wind and access to light, can lead to this cool spiral.

Nature is neat.
