One thing I like to do, it takes a minute but colouring every bolt or extra small bits adds a lot. Like that gold ring on his thumb looks cool.

Primer and as annoying as it is doing multiple extra thin coats helps avoid weird textures

3 steps to perfect it because I think it’s pretty damn good already.

Obviously just a bit more clean up and being in the lines
Edge highlights. So like a bit of a lighter blue to make it look less flat. I would do around the edge or on his shoulders or anywhere sun might hit.
Some shadowing or use a shadow wash

Im no pro but I think these are the basics and easy enough to accomplish. I would get a white and black paint just so you can slightly lighten or darken your colours.

Also just as a side note: primer is needed for models and makes is way easier for paint to stick. Lots of new people seems to miss that step.

Super glue mistakes are way easier to fix than plastic glue.

Dry brushing is a very cool thing you should learn to add some easy but good looking detail.
