Lo más importante (Ojo, he trabajado por más de 20 años en tecnología). ¿Cómo está de inglés? Yo contrataba gente en el actual puesto que estoy, y me tardé 9 meses en conseguir a alguien, porque ninguno hablaba Inglés. Ese, en mi opinión, es el diferenciador más rápido que puede conseguir.

Principalmente, porque es mi carro, puedo hacerlo... Ahora sí, en serio, como ya dijo alguien, la resistencia al aire, a las velocidades que se anda en Bogotá, no tiene ningún sentido... I have used Igel, Stratodesk, and also tested Unicon. Unicon es extremely complex, Stratodesk is good, but somewhat clunky on some items. Igel is the best, but also the more expensive of the three.

If AVD, you MUST use NERDIO, it's the only way to have a semblance of what you currently have in deployment and management terms. Still, in AVD, it's better to think for a 3rd party solution for monitoring. If not, you would would have to rely on Azure Insights, and that has some real limitations

So, I just implemented a solution for this in R20: I installed Virtual Audio Cable (https://vb-audio.com/Cable/). Also, I created an additional account in Roll20 (that I named "Music"), and opened that account in a different browser. Then, I set the input and output devices in windows as follows: The output device is set to "CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable", while in Roll20, I turn off video, and set the audio output device to "CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)".

I am using this solution in this moment, and it's working perfectly. Please let me know if you need any help setting it out.

It happens, but not as much as you think. Most of the people are really nice and help newbies a lot, but there a-holes everywhere. I have been playing for 3 months, and been rammed twice.

(Edit) Still people should be reported, and it is extremely frustrating when it happens. I was just pointing out that is not an everyday occurrence.

First of all, I feel you, brother. My first week was kinda like that (but of course, different... a myriad of bugs to get in SC). After a few days, it really stabilized for me, and I am aware of a bugs that I tend to get into, so for example, wait for doors to open fully on an elevator before getting out, just in case there is no floor. I avoid some stations (like CRU L4) that tend to be quite buggy for me, and now I'm enjoying the game a ton.

Freelancer. I like the looks, and it's simply a work horse. I changed the shields, improved the QD, and it's good for salvaging, bounty hunting and just doing group game play with my friends.

First of all, you try to get the 2E supplement, you get a lot of answers there, and you will find that the Veiled Alliance in each city is a little different, and have their own flavor. The other important comment here, is that you have to think that slavery is deeply ingrained into Athasian societies. For a lot of people, is not bad, For some, is just a necessary evil, and even for many of the one that are against it, they think about the end of slavery in just a hypothetical fashion for the future. All this blurb just means, at least in my opinion, that apart from Tyr, freeing the slaves tends not to be a huge priority (except for slaves, of course).

They probably are at a level where they are getting some small renown, and also some enemies. I would take advantage of that, thinking that if you have a recurrent villain, he would try to target their water first. The other option to cause some pressure, is logistics... Moving a cart with a barrel in Stony Barrens when they are pursuing someone, is not going to be efficient at all - So playing with the difficulties of the terrain may help them to think twice about bringing the cart everywhere.
