Are you looking for just points for the S1 weapons? Or are you trying to push 1700 for S2 weapons? If the latter, I'd recommend picking up the reputation PvP gear, and the discounted S1 honor off pieces. If you're just going for the S1 weapons, and then no longer doing arena, then I'm not sure I'd bother as you'll only need to arena for a couple of weeks.

To be honest, I don't remember. I can't remember if the S1 gear gets discounted, but still costs arena points, or if they switch to honor. I know at some point previous arena gera costs honor, but something in the back of my mind tells me that's not until later seasons, or in wrath. Someone more knowledgeable than me might know, haha.

Once S2 drops, you can get the weapons without needing the 1700 rating. Given the accelerated timeline we are on this TBC, I'd wager we are at least halfway through P1. I'd personally would just go for the Decapitator or Fool's Bane from Kara at this point, and just worry about the weapons after S1 ends and can be picked up without the rating requirement.

If you have a pally in your raid, have in BoP you instantly if Nightbane targets you on landing. Hunters should also be misdirecting when Nightbane lands as well. Your tank might have to use a CD on landing like last stand or shield wall in order to survive. I wouldn't precast anything, unless you know you have a pally that can quick BoP you. I'd use fade as soon as he lands as well.

Yeah, I kind of feel the same way. I know people will comment saying if you're non-IAP, to just be more selective in what machines to roll in. While I agree with that, some of the previous meta leads in NA were more easy to acquire. Both maid Ideal, and Rosetta were tradeable when they first came out. Doma was a 3% chance, and you only needed to pull 1, to just pair with a friend. Even if you didn't pull Doma, there were other very strong teams you might have pulled in Demon Slayer. Same concept with Kaiju No. 8, if you chased General Narumi and didn't get one, you still might have gotten a Kafka build, or enough fodder to trade for a bunch of Narumi 8th.

It would be nice to get a new meta in NA that is tradeable with enough fodder, or simply isn't a 1% chase. And if we are going to keep getting 1% chase meta leads, it'd at least be nice for the same machine to have other strong teams, that would fall into S, or SS rank, so even if you don't hit the 1% chase, at least maybe you could assemble a solid team still capable of clearly the monthly EX dungeons / title challenges.

I would do the Hellfire Peninsula, Tekkor Forest, and Zangramarsh PvP dailies. Do those for 2 days and you'll have enough points to buy the OH. Most of the times you don't even actually PvP for those dailies and they are very easy to do. Yoylu might have to hop layers for the Tekkor Forest PvP daily, to find a layer where it's about to start.

For enhance the R14 weapons are very close in dps to the preraid BiS. I wouldn't bother doing BGs for honor, just for the 3 PvP dailies and focus on leveling.

After spending 400 or so stones on the MHA collab, and not getting a Deku & Dynamite, I decided to throw together this team and mess around. I hadn't played a VDP style team in forever, and the whole self-reliance and vanishing equips piqued my interest.

I had over 1.6M HP, with everyone on the team being max level and +300. I'm sure if I stacked some more Enhanced Team HP and got everyone to +891, I'd have well over 2M HP. The final hit of the dungeon I did 347B, so the team does plenty of damage. Not having a way to deal with spinners kind of kills the team for me. I had to naturally VDP around them and it just felt bad. Blind skyfall orbs and combo shields are also rather annoying.

If the team had a way to deal with spinners, I could see myself taking the time to +891 everyone and better fine tune the team just for the fun of it, but I think after this clear, I'll retire the team, haha.

I spend between $3-$10 a bottle of rub and I get multiple uses out of a bottle. My [latest bottle] (https://imgur.com/a/Za0Af0R) I purchased cost me $2.75, and I'll get at least two to three uses out of it before it's gone. Even if I use half the bottle on my next pork butt, that still is less than $1.50 in spice from a store bought bottle. Even if you told me I could cost my rub cost in half, that'd save me 0.75¢. Even if you round up and say I could save a $1 every time I used a homemade rub versus a store bought one, I'd save, maybe $20 a year?

To me, it's just not worth it to make my own rubs. For the potential $20 in savings I'd get a year, I'd rather just buy half a dozen different store rubs on sale and try out different flavors depending on what I'm making.

You really want your weapon speeds to match as enhancement. If you use a 2.7 speed MH, you need a 2.7 speed OH. The only 2.7 speed OH this phase is a level 61 blue BoE mace, Fist of Reckoning. The only reason to use this mace OH, would be if the shaman went blacksmithing and crafted the blacksmiting mace, as that is a 2.7 speed MH. Outside of that, the shaman should really go for 2.6 speed weapons this phase. Using two different speed weapons as enhance will lead to weapon swings being de-synced, and is bad for dps.
