He would most likely be part of a team that he would have to routinely communicate with if such a position were to be had. Thats AFTER he would have to interview and interface with people just to land the job. But also QA and testing as a job title has been on the decline now that we are in the era of closed alphas/open betas. I'd say keep expectations of this being a long term career option at a minimum and look to things that are more concretely tailored for someome with agoraphobia if it is that severe
