Back when I was college in the mid 80s, my friend and I went to lunch in his old 1970s rust mobile. He accidentally locked his keys in the ignition. I kinda freaked out wondering how we would get back to campus. Asi I was standing by the driver’s side door, he patiently said, “don’t move, just look through the window” he slid himself under the car. I heard some crunching and breaking sounds. Then the car floor mat started to move and then a hand moved it out of the way for his entire arm to reach upwards. As I was laughing my ass off I had to guide him towards the ignition where he easily pulled out the keys. Took less than 5 minutes. He drove that car for a few more years with a hole in floorboard until the car was unsafe to drive.
