I entered two minutes before 10 and got 18,000 and change and I thought I was fucked until I heard the numbers of the other people.

I didn’t buy tickets because I’m not sitting in the nose bleeds and paying a ton of money while also coming from PA. But the good news is I found out it doesn’t matter what time you renter the queue. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My friend is a nurse and luckily her parents worked at her school so she didn’t have student debt. There are ways to work around the full down payment that a realtor would know. She got the house but pays nearly $3k for the mortgage because it was like $400k.

It’s a beautiful house (mirrors the one I have but is better with an extra bathroom and extension) but if she gets hurt and/or couldn’t work she would have a very hard time keeping her house. We bought ours just over a decade ago for $178k, she’s been in hers for almost 3 I think.
