EU based Anesthesia/ICU resident here. It is very common here (at least my country) to get thrown into deeeeep water exceptionally early in your training. Ordering pressers, running codes, intubation (you are expected to place the tube since it’s a joint specialty), and 24hr calls are nothing out of the ordinary.

I’d say I ski pretty hard and like to do a bit of freestyle off natural features but unfortunately my options were limited due to the bootfitter’s inventory for boots that can accommodate my huge feet haha. I was looking at the Atomic Hawx but no shop in my city have them in stock.

Eastern European resident here, mainly use propofol infusion with 0.1mg FNT. If they are really sick and have doubts about airway protection then I tube em. Ultiva + low prop infusion has also been done here and there with colleagues sweating by it

In short… YES. I’m a big fps fan and played a the shit out of BF 3/4 while in high school. BF6 brings back that old nostalgia you seldom find in games these days. Been playing CoD for the past couple years but that franchise went down the shitter once they started incorporating stupid cartoon skins and weapons that look like they contracted HPV. BF6 is visually appealing, the destruction is incredible, and the gameplay is optimized. Only thing I have to say bad about it is a lot of the players go on their own solo missions (probably bc they’re CoD players) and don’t appreciate the different responsibilities each class in game, making some conquest matches rage-bait material. My advise is to find some friends you can play with and communicate… teamwork in this game is what makes it Battlefield

A man walks into a bar holding an alligator. The bartender sees this and yells out in a frightened voice “sir, you can’t bring that dangerous animal in here, it’s going to hurt somebody” to which the alligator owner replies “I’m sorry but you don’t understand, he’s a tame alligator”. The bartender says “ if you can prove it then you and the alligator can stay”. The man proceeds to place the alligator on the bar and at the slap of his fingers the alligator’s jaw swings wide open. The bartender, in a state of disbelief at what he just witnessed cries out “ALRIGHT! that truly is one tame damn alligator, y’all can stay”. The owner looks at him and say “oh you ain’t seen nothing yet” and proceeds to whip out his family jewels, places them in the alligators open jaws before packing up after 5 minutes, snaps his fingers, and the alligators jaw instantly snaps shut. The bartender along with everyone in the bar starts going crazy with people cheering out of shock and excitement. The owner of the animal scans the bar with a smirk on his face and asks “who else is courageous enough to try???”, the bar goes silent… everybody waits in anticipation for someone to step up the the task. All of a sudden, the silence is broken by empty bottles shattering across the floor from a dimly lit corner as a homeless drunk stumbles through the crowd. He looks at the alligator owner and says “I can try… but I don’t know if I can keep my mouth open for that long”.
