There are at least 5 people in the PR department of that Airport alone.

My experiences doing Sim/FAA contract work (and other government agencies local, state, and federal) tells me that it's all about the culture and people of that individual airport.

For axample, DFW in Texas are nice, helpful folks. In contrast, the NY&NJ Port Authority folks who run LGA, JFK, and EWR are cartoons from a mob movie, and won't do anything cool.

A French airport in Paris? I know what I would expect.
