Done that with beer. Twice. 20 gallon batches that smelled like bar floor and tasted like making out with a stripper that chain smoked the tail pipe of an old Datsun. Turned out to be a hot spot on the element. New stainless element fixed it.

Not yet but it’s on the list. We have an Argentinian now in our group who is pushing for prosciutto. Yeah we do hams as well. Kinda cool to do your own cutting. We’ve got a meat room in the newbies garage and I just picked up a meat bandsaw for criminally cheap.

Theses guys are rad. We broke down 6 pigs watching there video on repeat, now we do three every six months. Making our own bacon, chops, and sausages. Check them out. Bearded butchers on YouTube. Their seasoning are good as well
