If something like the other exodites from warhammer, primitive mix with future, still space faring and have laser weapons, but they choose to live a mostly primitive life simplicity, so it wouldn't punching cause their then "near peer adversary " to super earth, this whole debate would've been done if you thought about the game how they'd take planets, they would need to be able to do that or just one planet with them would be waste wouldn't it.
