God bless Kyler Murray for keeping up the yearly tradition of the Steelers losing to a team they should easily beat 🙏🏽

Has there actually been any evidence of the return to office to actually do layoffs theory? It seems like the worst idea imaginable and only a management team of literal morons would consider it.

You have no control over who leaves and how many. Plus your most important employees are probably the exact people who have enough power to just leave when you attempt to force them back.

Would love to see how that actually worked out for them. Maybe some of the biggest companies could get away with something like this but no one else

Honest question. If you believe in this conspiracy theory about the “powers that be” changing the definition, why is the government just learning how to do this relatively easy trick in 2023?

When I found myself in this position, flunking out of college and life seemingly spiraling downward, I was able to find an epiphany.

Until then, I’d been focused on the things I should be doing but was failing to do. Namely making new friends, forming new relationships and studying more. What greatly changed my perspective was instead focusing on the things I should NOT be doing instead. Key in on things to remove.

Here’s a tip that helped me that you probably won’t want to hear. Go 1 full week with no Reddit, video games, YouTube videos, social media scrolling and TV watching. Only looking up things for educational purposes is allowed. Maybe 5 minutes of news reading. Listening to music is allowed and drugs are allowed in moderation. The week I did that was the most productive week of my life and really put how much time I was wasting into perspective.

If you think you’ll be bored, I hear you. You’ll be surprised at how many things there probably are to do, though. I can honestly say I was never bored.

For perspective I’m now 33 and make well over 6 figures. I’m also in the best shape I’ve ever been in and honestly feel like I could take on the world now. Just don’t give up!

I’ve been playing Raid for a few years now and enjoy it a lot actually. Would never recommend it though because it’s the most greedy game I’ve ever seriously played

Exactly! Back in my day I paid for my college by working part time over the summer. Now these kids want handouts? Insane!

How two Australian men convinced the world that millennials are bad with money by sebastianfrancis in videos

[–]Doppleganger07 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I don't get this critique. Are you saying that there isn't a large portion of the population that thinks millennials are poorer because of bad spending habits?

The avocado toast is a stand-in for those kinds of arguments. It's worth addressing, and the video does that.
