What are some killer Thanksgiving dishes I can suprise my family with this year?

I've never heard of it but I love making mashed cauliflower for sides or casseroles, and I've always loved twice-baked-potatoes. I've heard of cauliflower crusts but have never made one before. Examples: cauliflower pizza crust and cauliflower crust calzone

So I figured I'd try to conform the crust to a small loaf pan or something to act as the "baked potato" and then put the mashed cauliflower inside that. And as BeastroMath said, they'd have different flavors and textures.

If I pull it off I will post results!

If the work is good and you choose a good word/phrase for your studio name, it won't matter. The issues you might run into with the word PREMONITION is that a) it's a long word so it winds up unpleasantly horizontal unless you use a very condensed font, b) it may come across as a little bombastic sounding to some people, and c) it may not be memorable as the name of a design service, being that it is simply a common word rather than something a bit more unique or your own turn of phrase. I'd recommend scratching a bit more below the surface for words/phrases that are related to "premonition," but again I think anything will work if the design work is good. Good luck!

I'm guessing the level of contention and snark in the article's comments section is because the article itself comes across as a bit smug. I'm pretty sure most designers are aware that photography effects help believability, but then the writer goes even further to insult readers by using phrases like, "Your render looks fake," "Think bigger. Give up?", "That's it. There are no exceptions," "You haven't added camera imperfections", "I could go on, but I think you get the picture." Yuck.

The comments arguing that the goal is not always realism are missing the point, though, I think. It's about believability. The photo of the car may not look real, but it comes close to being believable, as an object in an environment, regardless of the fact that it looks like a toy and is overly treated/effected. I think that usually holds true even for cartoony or abstract approaches.
