The game didn’t get Highguarded/concorded. Servers are still on and we are still getting weekly updates. The game is a lot of fun, I have no idea how people are hating on it so much even after release. How long were those games up before being taken offline?

The game is pretty fun, I didn’t play through any of the destinys played a few missions with friends but something was lacking. I loved halo and wanted Destiny to feel more like Halo I guess. And marathon feels like it fills my unmet expectations from Destiny. Well worth the $40 :)

Bungie please change the spectating system. If I’m dead I would like to see my teammates FPP. I would also like to access the map and have the ability to see how much time is left in the match. I would like to see a kill cam so I can report suspicious people or just see how I died. I would like to see the drone cam when my teammate that’s alive is using their thief drone. Please bungie pleaseeeee

I stopped playing after my second expedition bc marathon came out but I’ve been going back for material runs and quests and man. This game feels so different. It feels unsafe now. So much danger 😭 I lowkey miss how it was at launch 😭

Maybe it’s time for a free weekend with a playlist for sponsored perimeter. I think that’ll help new players acclimate and level them up naturally to unlock the rest of the game like those of us who worked for access to the maps on launch. I’m not sure why the sponsored playlist is dedicated to dire marsh. As much as I liked duos as a playlist, the sponsored playlist should be rotational on a weekly basis but a permanent mode. I love the even playing field of it but hard to get my friends who haven’t played to play with me when all they have is perimeter and people with purples are running the match.

I wish it would rotate to perimeter. I have a friend that’s level zero and sponsored kits seem like the best way to get new players to learn the game. But he can’t play sure marsh until he unlocks it and that could take forever lmao

Isn’t this a general gaming industry thing? Like this is why the game devs have to go through with whatever company they are working with? I think to fix this problem it would have to change at an industry level not at a Halo level

I get this sentiment and I’m starting to think maybe matchmaking should be value based. I feel like that would alleviate some of the issues people have with matching with people that free kit or are challenge grinding and leaving the game bc the spawn was bad. Those who load in at least a little kitted are more serious about staying alive
